Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm the reservation it is necessary to deposit 25% of the total amount of the stay in our bank account. Once the deposit is received, Huerta Romero will validate the reservation by sending the customer an e-mail confirming the amount. The reservation will not be effective until the confirmation of the deposit by the Camping. If the deposit is not received within 10 days, the reservation will be considered null and void.

CAMPING:

  • Pets are allowed as long as they are not considered dangerous breeds without muzzles.
  • Upon arrival at the campsite, the total amount of the stay will be paid, minus the reservation deposit.
  • Check-in hours: From 12:00h to 22:00h.
  • Departure time: Before 2:00 p.m. on the agreed departure day.
  • With the reservation a plot is guaranteed without determining its number, although location preferences can be suggested and every effort will be made to accommodate the client.
  • Huerta Romero reserves the right to change the camping area without prior notice.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • PETS ARE ALLOWED.
  • Upon arrival at the campsite, the total amount of the stay will be paid, minus the reservation deposit.
  • Check-in hours: From 14:00h to 22:00h.
  • Departure time: Before 2:00 p.m. on the agreed departure day.
  • The reservation guarantees an accommodation.
  • The price is for the number of people indicated as maximum capacity in each accommodation and for one vehicle only. The extra vehicle parking will be paid according to the seasonal rate, as well as the visits that may have.
  • The client will leave a deposit of 150 Euros (in cash or credit card), for any possible damage, breakage or thorough cleaning that may have to be carried out in the module. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, once the condition of the accommodation and its inventory have been checked.

CANCELLATION:

In the event of wishing to cancel a reservation, the campsite will be governed according to Article 26 of DECREE 159/2012, OF NOVEMBER 20, ON TOURIST ACCOMMODATION ESTABLISHMENTS AND HOUSES FOR TOURIST USE (DOGC OF DECEMBER 5).

Article 26. Cancellation of the reservation:

  1. The user has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, provided that the cancellation is made within ten days prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Cancellations made by the user within ten days prior to the arrival date will result in the following penalties, unless otherwise agreed:
  3. a) Notify cancellation between 9 and 5 days before the day of entry of your reservation: the 50% of the reservation is returned.
  4. b) Notification of cancellation between 4 and 1 day(s) before the day of arrival of your reservation: the reservation amount is not refunded.

*The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation is due to force majeure, duly accredited.

Presentation:

A reservation that does not arrive on the scheduled day will be considered cancelled and the reservation deposit will not be refunded. A delay in the arrival of the client will only be taken into account if it has been previously communicated 24 hours in advance. In case of failure to communicate, the customer will have to pay the amount of the days that the pitch/accommodation has remained unoccupied.
